I am diabetic, a Vietnam Vet, and the VA had been dealing with my eyes since about 1995, with little or no success at correcting the many issues. In about 2014 or 2015, I was allowed to choose a local provider to save the 2 trips a week, to Salt Lake City VA, and we chose Richens Eye Center. I cannot express the personal benefits from Dr Sharen Richens control, procedures and advice. I am do not have perfect vision, but I can see without glasses, I am confident in my ability to be out in the dark, and, I seem to continue getting better, over time.

Richens eye center charged my daughter & myself $8.00 a piece to ship our glasses, for a total of $16.00. 3 weeks later, we finally received them but they were not shipped seperately or priority. The bulk mail sticker had $3.75 as the cost. $16.00 verses $3.75 is a big difference. I was then told, I would receive a refund. A week later i was informed that was their standard fee. Not acceptable, never using their services again.

I’ve been going here since I moved here from California. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They see me my kids and my grandkids they have been so good with us,and Charlie will bend over backwards to help. I highly recommend Richens eye center

My husband and I have gone to this location for a very long time. Always great service. Charlee is the best. Always helps me pick out the frames that are just right.

Richens Eye Center, Especially Charlee, has been very helpful in taking care of my families eye care needs. The Doctor is this eye clinic is very meticulous in spotting eye issues, and taking care of them. Charlee is extremely helpful, and she has gone above and beyond to help with eye glasses and appointments when needed. I'm thankful for this office here in Mesquite!!

I have been living here since 1985 and have always used our local eye doctor. I always receive very good eye exams and any questions I've had are always answered. The service everyone gives to accommodate the patients is very rewarding. All the employees are awesome and enjoy seeing them for all my needs. I really like Dr. Jones who replaced Dr. Andrus who retired.

Awesome staff and tremendous talent! If you want to truly take care of your vision this is the place!

We moved to Littlefield several years ago from Grantsville, Utah not sure what we were going to do about eye care. We had a choice to go to either St George, UT or Mesquite, NV. We were referred to Richens in Mesquite, NV by a friend and have always appreciated the service we received. Charlie at the front desk has always given us service that is above and beyond!!! It is always a pleasure to work with her. Everyone else in the office is very pleasant and fun to work with as well. Thanks everyone for all you do.
