They have done some amazing work for me and I have very complicated problems like macular holes not macular degeneration and we were able to get on top of it quickly and I ended up working with an expert in Henderson it is taking the old approach of six weeks of face down while the Cure is in place to getting a cure within 5 days which is a huge difference for anyone the can't imagine 6 weeks face down like me

I visited Richens Eye Care for my annual appt. with Dr. May. I am confident in Dr. May's professionalism and credentials.

Holy #@%^ this place is terrible!! I made appointment a week ahead of time. Showed up before the appointment, filled out the paper work and waited 45 minutes. Only one patient had been called in while I waited with 10 or so others. I went to the front desk and they told me it would be another 1 to 1 1/2 wait. I don't mind a reasonable wait, I come to expect it. But this was crazy. If you can't manage time better then this why should I trust you with my eyes? If you are looking, don't look here, unless you want to sit in uncomfortable chairs for a few hours. You get one chance to make a first impression and you just made yours.

I'm a disabled veteran. Richens Eye Center called me one hour before my first appointment with them to cancel it and to deny rescheduling. I had waited months for that appointment. Since I can't see well enough to drive, I scheduled my life all around that one appointment. Their reason was because they said the VA is slow to pay. They said the VA hadn't paid claims for up to a year, however the only way that were to occur was if Richens billing department was not following proper procedure for payment.

I love Dr Richens! She is an amazing Doctor! Absolutely the BEST! I had laser cataract surgery on both eyes and I haven’t had vision this perfect since I was a teenager! And that was 50 years ago! I would recommend Richens Eye Center to anyone with any kind of vision problems. You will certainly not regret it. I am so pleased with the results. I never thought I would see this clearly again! Dr Richens is very personable and she really cares about every patient. I certainly do not feel like just another name or number on a list. Everyone at Richens treats you like a real person. I feel very fortunate to have the BEST people take care of my eyes! Thanks Dr Richens and everyone at Richens Eye Center!

I got my Lasik done about three months ago for Far Sighted correction, and Amblyopia correction. The surgery was quick and quite easy. I had a complication with the recovery with an inflammation and haze, but Dr. Richens and the staff was extremely professional and attentive to my recovery until everything was healed and now my vision is perfect.
