The doctor herself was great, I would have given 5 stars but the two ladies that answer the phone to schedule appointments and answer questions are extremely rude. I thought maybe they were both just having bad days but every time I’ve called they have been very mean. It’s a shame, because as mentioned above, the doctor was really great.

Mrs Hendrick Jennifer fx is an honest, knowledgeable, straight forward Woman. Always make her clients best interest as first and foremost. She works extremely hard and diligently for her clients!! It always takes way too long for an appointment that should take an hour; took over two hours. This is unacceptable.

Very pleased with the care given by Richens Eye Center on my recent lens replacement surgery and follow-up. I highly recommend them based on their professionalism and concern for my quality of life.

Always excellent eye care

This was my first time coming into this office. The office was very clean and nicely lit. The office staff were very friendly and professional. The MA whom prepared me for my exam was awesome. He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. MD Jones was very nice and did a thorough eye exam. I only gave 4 stars because there was only 1 person at the receptionist desk with 4 people ahead of me at 0820. It took almost 25 minutes to check in, longer than expected. Overall, a good first impression with quality service.

Been going to Sharon Richens for the last 20 years. She’s the best! Patient concern, listens very knowledgeable- the best. I have many eye issues and totally trust her care. Good staff especially Bonnie and clean facility. Had to have cosmetic eye surgery due to my age and Dr Kristen Tarbot cosmetic surgeon is the best!! Aprile B

They have the best staff and doctors. However the wait time is absurd, at least 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Don't be in a hurry.
