Annual eye exam, It was another pleasant visit with Dr. Jones and her staff. Absolutely wonderful!

Just love Dr Richens and her entire staff. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Richens since we moved here 9 years ago and she has always been professional, kind, caring and well informed on all aspects of eye care, surgery, etc. I would highly recommend Dr Sharon Richens!

I missed my appointment time but the staff worked me in with little delay. The technician was competent and the optometrist finished the exam promptly. He had several suggestions for solving my problems.

This place is beyond terrible. Two years ago I went on to be tested for an eye disease. They ran the tests then the Dr. Himself called to tell me that I DID NOT have the eye disease. Fast forward to now. I'm hoping to get PRK done to correct my vision. I wanted to take in my test results to my new Dr from two years ago showing them I didn't have Keratoconus. I pull up my chart and it says that I do have keratoconus. It also states that they informed me of this and told me what steps to take next. I tried calling and emailing, and no one has given me an answer. The dr says I don't have it, my file says I do. It seems so simple for someone to just go read my scans again and give me a definitive answer, but they are all too incompetent to do this. And if in fact I do and they read me the wrong results, that means I've been living untreated for 2 years with an eye disease all because they can't get their facts straight! DO NOT GO HERE!
